Integrity | Professionalism | Committed to Excellence...These are the words that speak most to me about our experience with Ryan. We recently hired Ryan to help us develop our Wordpress Business Directory site. Within a few short hours of our first meeting, Ryan had figured out our Wordpress Theme and was already implementing design and structural changes. Our site "came alive" literally in the first few days. It was obvious to us right away that we could count on Ryan. We gave him full admin access to our site (Which is something to be said of doing business with someone you never met before) Ryan's response time was within a few hours, (sometimes sooner) and if not, he emailed letting us know when he could get back with us. We never had to worry if we would hear back from him. Ryan is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, his pricing is more than fair, he is available, respectful, courteous, professional, and is committed to your satisfaction. Still, it's Ryan's integrity that strikes me the most. Ryan instructed us to purchase a payment plugin for the e-commerce portion of our site, only later to find out he made an error. We had to purchase a different plugin. When Ryan presented us his final bill, the cost of the plugin was deducted. That's integrity! and you just don't find that kind of service in the day and age we live in, especially from someone you've never met before! Hiring Ryan was by far the best decision we could have made. We will be doing more business with Ryan in the future, and we highly recommend Ryan for your next website design project.
